Jared Seeger has presided over the marketing of more than $25 billion in global real estate, shaping the public face of leading commercial and residential projects in the United States and abroad. His work includes strategic and marketing engagements with Google/Alphabet and other Fortune 500 powerhouses. He holds an AB in Government from Harvard University and is a committed student of urbanism, advocating for zoning reform, smart design, and thoughtful residential development focused on fostering community. Jared strongly values public service and advocacy, especially with respect to housing and the advancement of underserved communities.

Alex is a brand strategist with a deep background in placemaking who leads the creative team at Knightsbridge Park, directing and shaping luxury real estate brands through strategy, identity, campaigns, websites, and content. Since 2014, Alex has expanded the firm’s creative offerings to guide the development of brand and marketing programs for more than 200 high-end developments in the U.S. and abroad. With a keen eye for design, Alex approaches brand building with discipline and intention, translating vision into structured systems that scale over time.

Jarrett brings 25 years of experience in real estate marketing to his role as CEO. With a diverse background in luxury property development and branding, he held prior leadership roles at renowned firms like Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, Macklowe Properties, and And Partners. Jarrett excels in providing expert client management combined with strategic insights for all types of real estate projects – from residential and commercial, to mixed-use, hospitality and master plan developments.

Andy brings experience and expertise across multiple markets, including some of the most prominent real estate projects across the country. As a VP of marketing strategy, he focuses on the client experience while utilizing data-driven strategy to optimize ROI and lead generation across all digital marketing efforts. Previously, Andy developed branding, websites, social media content, and digital marketing strategies for global retail brands like Serena Williams Jewelry, David Yurman, and Breitling.

She draws on more than a decade of digital marketing expertise and client management—from hospitality to CPG—to craft data-driven, omnichannel strategies for industry-leading clients. Jordan is a multi-hyphenate with an enviable mastery of project management and attention to detail.

James has worked in digital marketing since the age of 14, with early experience supporting Phish and the WaterWheel Foundation. After graduating from the University of Vermont, he joined a digital startup to help scale the business, departing as it surpassed $50M in annual revenue. At Knightsbridge Park, James has led digital strategy for marquee new developments including 111 West 57th Street, One Wall Street, 8899 Beverly, and Rosewood Beverly Hills. James designed a first-of-its-kind CRM database of prospects and buyers for over 20 Mandarin Oriental Residences worldwide, and created a custom brokerage reporting platform for Polaris Pacific.

Eva came to Knightsbridge Park after 4+ years at Douglas Elliman Real Estate, where she focused on luxury real estate sales in Downtown Manhattan. She quickly became a valued member of the Client Services team, providing strategic solutions to complex accounts across the firm’s portfolio. Eva’s clients trust her data-driven recommendations and ability to pivot to achieve the desired results in an ever-changing marketing landscape. As Director of Marketing Strategy, she oversees an extensive roster of local and international clients, including Four Seasons Private Residences, One&Only, Edition Residences, and The Residences at 1428 Brickell (Miami).
