Sales have officially launched at Extell’s Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world. Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, the firm behind Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah Tower, the glass and steel tower rises 1,550 feet over Billionaires’ Row, housing 179 Rottet Studio-designed luxury homes ranging from 1,435 to 17,500 square feet. The building is also outfitted with 50,000 square feet of amenities, dubbed the “Central Park Club,” which occupy three of the building’s lower floors. The space will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, billiards room, playground, basketball and squash courts, and a 15,000-square-foot outdoor terrace with a 60-foot pool, cabanas, and a bar.
