Knightsbridge Park Clients Continue to See Strong Sales in April

CityRealty’s newest list of the top 25 best-selling residential buildings in NYC is up, and once again, Knightsbridge Park clients account for four of the top 10 projects.

Our clients are holding strong, demonstrating a resilience that bodes well for the future.

Coming in at number three is One West End, where six residences sold for just over $27 million.

This high-rise is nestled between Hudson River Park and Columbus Circle on the West Side and features 246 bespoke homes designed as “mansions in the sky.” With spacious master suites, grand scale layouts for living and dining areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Midtown Manhattan, One West End’s residences offer a fresh twist on iconic West Side sophistication.

Just below One West End on CityRealty’s list is The Park Loggia, which also moved six homes in April for $24.8 million.

Billed as the ultimate expression of high-end Manhattan living, The Park Loggia combines the classic luxury of parkside living with European-style loggia terraces to create a collection of indoor/outdoor homes near Central Park.

The seventh best-selling project in April was The Woolworth Tower Residences, which sold a pair of homes for just under $21 million.

These expansive residences are housed on the top floors of the historic Woolworth Building, where world-renowned restoration architect Thierry Despont has recreated Gilded Age opulence using modern techniques.

The final Knightsbridge Park client to make the top 10 was 180 East 88th Street, where a pair of residences accounted for $17.6 million in sales in April.

This small collection of Upper East Side homes designed by DDG provides an oasis of comfort and privacy in Manhattan; its 48 residences feature 14’ ceilings with 9’ windows looking out at Central Park and beyond, bespoke interiors incorporating a range of rare materials and appliances, and a private ivy-clad garden entrance that establishes a clear division between the city and home.

In the end, April marked another strong month for Knightsbridge Park’s portfolio of projects around New York City. If you need assistance with the digital marketing for your new development (in NYC or elsewhere), kindly reach out to . We look forward to hearing from you.
