The top-selling building of 2019 is Knightsbridge Park client Skyline Tower. After launching sales last summer, Skyline Tower had 210 contracts signed by the end of the year – nearly twice as many as the next best-selling project on the list.
Once complete, Skyline Tower will be the tallest building in Queens, and it’s the largest condo project ever to be built in New York City outside of Manhattan. Designed by Hill West Architects, with interiors by Whitehall, Skyline Tower encompasses more than 800 luxury condominium homes – many of which feature private outdoor terraces with sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and East River.
The next Knightsbridge Park client to make the top 10 is 98 Front, developed by Hope Street Capital. 98 Front Street offers bold, contemporary residences in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by ODA, it’s LEED-certified and full of highly desirable amenities, so it‘s no wonder that buyers are lining up to purchase a home here. 98 Front had 41 contracts signed in 2019 – all the more impressive considering that sales didn’t launch until late summer.
One Manhattan Square has been described as a “vertical village.” We’re proud to say that it registered as 9th of the best-selling NYC buildings of 2019, with 40 contracts signed.
Developed by Extell and designed by Adamson Associates Architects, One Manhattan Square stands 847 feet tall and provides unobstructed views in every direction from its perch on the Lower East Side. Residents enjoy an exceptional array of amenities, including a landscaped rooftop garden, stargazing observatory, tea pavilion, playground, and all-weather dog run, as well as a full fitness center with classes, pools, a full-sized basketball court, and spa.
Rounding out the top 10 is Knightsbridge Park client CORTE in Long Island City. This innovative project uses greenery and landscaping to cultivate a sense of calm. But step outside, and you’ll find endless access to arts and culture, including the nearby MoMA PS1, plus great restaurants, waterfront parks, and public transportation. In 2019, 37 buyers made CORTE their new home.
CORTE is developed by CBSK Ironstate and Planet Partners and designed by Dieguez Fridman and Beyer Blinder Belle. Modern Spaces is handling sales and marketing, and only a few homes remain – not too surprising, given all that this project has to offer!
