Knightsbridge Park is fortunate to work on some of the most prestigious residential developments in New York, Miami, and several points between. These properties are pushing the boundaries of luxury real estate, going beyond design and aesthetics to craft all-encompassing lifestyle experiences more akin to high-end resorts than condominiums. And since summer is officially in full swing, we’d like to highlight some of our current projects’ most spectacular summertime amenities.
EVGB Roof Deck
We begin in the Lower East Side of Manhattan with EVGB’s enormous 19,000-square-foot roof deck. There are two large grills, a full wet bar, and several spots for alfresco dining and lounging. The entire expanse is pristinely landscaped and flanked by a bocce court, a putting green, a serenity garden, a yoga lawn, and a collection of fire pits.
Brooklyn Point Rooftop Retreat
Brooklyn Point will be home to the highest residential infinity pool in the Western Hemisphere. The pool, which sits 680 feet over Brooklyn and features wildly expansive views of the shimmering skyline, is surrounded by several lounges, outdoor showers, a dining area, and a place for rooftop movie screenings. It’s as if all the best rooftop offerings in the city have been placed under—or, more accurately, on—one roof.
475 Clermont Landscaped Courtyard
While Brooklyn’s 475 Clermont has a stellar rooftop expanse of its own, we’re focusing on their absolutely stunning courtyard. Covered in spiraling, vibrant plant life, the massive refuge is as serene as any other space in the city. It’s a wonderful place to relax with a book or host some friends around one of the fire pits.
ARO Rooftop Club & Pool
At the summit of Midtown Manhattan’s ARO sits the ARO Sky Club, an expansive and exclusive lounge with amazing views and a sparkling pool. The picturesque club is perched 60 stories above Manhattan’s exhilarating streets.
98 Front Landscaped Rooftop
The 7,000-square-foot rooftop at 98 Front is one of the best outdoor dining destinations in DUMBO, Brooklyn. There are grills and outdoor kitchens, as well as a bocce court and an outdoor screening area. And it’s all surrounded by breathtaking views of the iconic Brooklyn Bridge.
Una Bayfront Pool
Miami, home of the luxurious Una residences, is known for its positively gorgeous sunsets. Una is situated right on Biscayne Bay, and, thus, it’s perfectly positioned to take in the sunset. Its exquisite bayfront pool and lounge area is one of the best sunset locales in the region.
3550 South Ocean Beachfront Pool
There are beachfront swimming pools, and then there’s the beachfront swimming pool at 3550 South Ocean in Palm Beach. The massive, immaculate pool is bordered by a hot tub and a sun terrace, and it includes private beach access.
Missoni Baia Olympic Pool
Amid a wide array of amenities, which include resident-only spas, a media room, elevated tennis courts, and a beauty salon, the pool at Missoni Baia in Miami truly stands out. The Olympic-sized swimming pool is surrounded by plunge pools, children’s water features, and a long line of sun-soaked chaise lounges.
Monaco Yacht Club & Residences Rooftop Terrace
Another premium selection from Miami, Monaco Yacht Club & Residences’ rooftop is one of the most impressive and elegant open-air spaces you’ll find anywhere. It has grilling areas, plush chaise lounges, a chef’s table, and a Jacuzzi, and all the built-in beauty is punctuated by the arresting views of the gleaming Miami skyline in the distance.
